Ingredients:
- 500g Sultanas
- 500g Apricots (dried) chopped
- 500g Figs (dried) chopped
- 500g Peanuts (salted & roasted) chopped
- 500g Walnuts (toasted) chopped
- 500g Pistachio slivers
- 500g Cranberries (dried)
- 2kg Ricotta firm
- 200mL Honey
- 1 Market bunch Parsley continental
- 2 Market Bunch Shallots
- S & P
Method:
Combine all ingredients to make firm paste. Paste should be thick and firm enough to pipe. |
