Sliced Oven Roasted Breast Fillet

Ingredients:

• 2kg Sliced Cooked Chicken
• 800g Mayonnaise
• 200g Blanched Almonds, Roasted & Chopped
• 30g Chives Chopped
• 30g Chervil Fine Chopped
• 15g Salt
• 5g Pepper

Method:

Combine all ingredients, and mix well, season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mixture must sit for two hours prior to serving.
