Quality Policy

M & J Chickens is a poultry based, food processing facility which manufactures and supplies a variety of fresh raw poultry products, value added and fully cooked poultry and other protein products. Food safety is and will always remain a top priority of the organisation.

The management and staff of M & J Chickens is committed to a vigorous program of continuous improvement, focussed on improving all aspects of product quality. This commitment includes the active implementation of all accreditation requirements including HACCP, NSW Food Authority and ISO 9001 systems. The HACCP principals form the basis of our quality systems, and we comply with all appropriate industry standards for a food processing company in the Australian food manufacturing industry.

Accreditations

M & J chickens is accredited by all 3 major airline catering companies, 4 and 5 star hotel groups, major hospitals, aged care suppliers, food franchises, state governments, major football clubs, general sports clubs, RSL clubs, as well as a vast range of major catering organisations on a national level. The new cookhouse facility will be applying for full AQIS accreditation.
