M&J Chickens is a poultry processing facility which manufactures and supplies a variety of fresh poultry products, "ready to eat", value added and fully cooked poultry that are supplied to the hospitality market in Australia. Food safety is and will always remain a top priority of the organisation.

The management of M&J Chickens is committed to a vigorous program of continuous improvement, which focuses on all aspects of product quality, through each and every step of the process.

This commitment includes the active implementation of all accreditation requirements including HACCP, AS/NSZ ISO 9001:2008, and all State Food Authority systems. These principles form the basis of our quality systems, and compliance with all appropriate industry standards for an Australian Food manufacturing Industry.
