M&J Chickens is a family. Mina & Jenny Souris established the business in 1982 and are still active in the day-to-day trade along with their children Michael, Maria & Harry. Whilst the rest of our 300 plus staff don’t share the Souris surname they are all family. Our CEO Sam Phylactou has been our strategic leader for over 20 years, we speak many languages and strive to exceed our customers’ expectations every day.
